This notice explains what personal data First Impact collects through this website, why, and how you can exercise your rights. It is issued in line with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

First Impact is responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
What we collect
When you send us a brief we collect the details you choose to give us:
- Identification and contact data: name, company, role, email and, optionally, phone or WhatsApp
- Project information: event type, dates, city, venue, audience, services, budget range and your description
- Any file you attach to the brief
We do not collect sensitive data
The form does not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your message or attachments.
Why we use it
We use your data to read and answer your brief, prepare proposals, and manage the resulting commercial relationship. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
Your submission is processed by service providers that host this website and store or deliver form submissions on our behalf. They act on our instructions.
If your project goes ahead, relevant details may be shared with Castelein AV, whose team and infrastructure support First Impact productions, and with venues or suppliers only as needed to deliver your project.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Videos are loaded from YouTube only when you press play. If the form uses an anti-spam check, that service may process technical data such as your IP address to tell people from bots.
How long we keep it
We keep brief submissions for as long as needed to answer them and to manage any resulting project, and then delete or anonymize them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, cancel or oppose the use of your personal data (ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent, by writing to us with your name, the right you want to exercise and a copy of an identification document. We reply within the periods set by law.

Changes
We will publish any change to this notice on this page with a new date.
