First Impact brings the technical production capability behind Castelein AV together with a clear, modern production partner identity.
First Impact is a Mexico-based production partner for events, live broadcasts and hybrid productions. It was founded by Aymeric Castelein and Eric Zwanenburg and is backed by Castelein AV, the audiovisual production company Aymeric founded in Mexico, whose team has produced events in Mexico for more than two decades.
Agencies, producers and corporate teams kept asking us for the same thing: a local team that could take their brief, work inside their workflow, and make the production work in Mexico without taking over their project.
First Impact is the name for that way of working. The brand is new; the people, the equipment and the experience behind it are not.

Managing Director
Aymeric Castelein founded Castelein AV and is Managing Director of First Impact. Originally from Belgium, he has lived in Mexico for more than two decades and brings more than twenty years of leadership in audiovisual technology and live events.
Commercial Director
Eric Zwanenburg is Commercial Director of First Impact. Originally from the Netherlands, he has lived and worked in several countries and has called Mexico home for more than two decades. He brings experience in live production, broadcasting, business development and digital marketing.
